Miniature Christmas Village “Sparkle Village”: Atlanta
Growing up, one of our family traditions was to drive around and see the best Christmas lights — back then the best ones were published in the newspaper. When I found this mini gingerbread house village, I knew this was the perfect holiday interactive experience for my toddler. She was able to run around, explore, and even play in some of the houses that are decorated by the local businesses of Sandy Springs.

What is the Sparkle Village?
The Sparkle Village is a holiday display featuring 25 or so 6-foot-tall gingerbread-style houses, each uniquely decorated by the businesses of Sandy Springs. We especially loved the fire department’s house filled with their gear.

Why You’ll Love It
Here are a few reasons the Gingerbread House Village stands out from other holiday activities:
It’s FREE: There is a free parking garage and you can park and wander around for up to two hours to enjoy the homes.
Community Spirit: Many of the houses are made by local groups, schools, and businesses. It's a heartwarming way to support your community and see the talent it holds.
Family-Friendly Fun: Kids always love running around and exploring and using their imagination. My daughter loved the homes that were open that she could go in and pretend it was a little shop.
Photo Ops Galore: The twinkling lights, festive decorations, and colorful gingerbread creations make for unforgettable holiday photos.
